I built my career in the mortgage industry, working at one of the largest retail lenders in the country. Over several years, I gained experience in helping clients navigate every stage of the home financing process — from pre-approval to closing — while consistently being recognized as a top producer. My time there also included years in leadership, where I trained, developed, and managed teams of loan officers, sharpening my skills in both client service and operational excellence.

After years of success in the retail world, I made the decision to transition into the broker side of the business. As an independent mortgage broker with Barrett Financial Group, I now have the ability to shop across dozens of lenders and loan programs, giving my clients the advantage of choice, flexibility, and highly competitive terms.

My mission is simple: to combine the discipline and experience I built in retail lending with the freedom and client-first approach of the broker channel.
